This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules and restrictions for using our Remote Desktop Services. All customers must comply with this policy in order to maintain a safe, lawful, and secure environment for everyone.

You agree to use our services only for legal, ethical, and authorized purposes. Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws is strictly prohibited.

We actively monitor for abuse and security risks. Accounts found engaging in malicious, disruptive, or harmful actions may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.

Our services are not to be used for high-risk cyber activity, harassment, spamming, or fraud. We reserve the right to refuse service to protect network stability and integrity.

Prohibited Activities

  • Illegal activities such as fraud, phishing, identity theft, or hacking are strictly prohibited.
  • Spam email campaigns, bulk mailing, or unsolicited messaging are not allowed.
  • Distribution of malware, exploits, or malicious tools is forbidden.
  • Accessing or attempting to access unauthorized systems is not permitted.
  • Abusive or harmful use that impacts other network users is not allowed.
  • Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of service.
