All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is always to be fair and reasonable while also preventing service abuse or misuse.

If you experience technical problems with your RDP service, please contact our support team first. In most cases, we can resolve issues quickly so you can continue using your service without interruption.
