This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for PurchaseRDP services. We want you to be satisfied — if a service does not work as described and we cannot resolve it, you may be eligible for a refund under the terms below.
1. Overview
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service, the reason for the request and the time elapsed since purchase. Refunds, where granted, are issued to the original payment method.
2. Money-Back Guarantee
New customers may request a refund within [X] days of their first purchase if the service does not function as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue. This guarantee applies once per customer and to first-time orders only.
3. Eligible Refunds
- Service could not be provisioned and we could not fix it
- Persistent technical fault on our side that we were unable to resolve
- Duplicate or accidental charge
- Request made within the money-back guarantee window
4. Non-Refundable
- Service used beyond the guarantee window
- Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms violations or abuse
- Custom, dedicated or specially configured plans (unless faulty)
- Add-ons, setup fees or domain/license costs
- Change of mind after the guarantee period
- Cryptocurrency payments, which may be non-reversible
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, open a ticket from your client area or contact us through our contact page. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are typically processed within [X] business days, though it may take additional time for the funds to appear depending on your provider.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we can usually resolve issues faster directly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of all services associated with your account.
