1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, placing an order or using any part of our service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Description of Service

PurchaseRDP provides Windows-based Remote Desktop (RDP) and Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting across multiple global datacenters. Service specifications, locations and pricing are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk communications
• Hosting or distributing malware, phishing or fraudulent content
• Launching attacks (DoS/DDoS), port scanning or unauthorized access attempts
• Infringing intellectual property or distributing illegal content
• Cryptocurrency mining where prohibited by your plan
• Any activity that disrupts our network or other customers

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activity.

5. Payments & Billing

Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Payment is due on or before each renewal date. We accept major cards, PayPal and selected cryptocurrencies. Failure to pay by the due date may result in suspension or termination as described below. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your service immediately, without notice, for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or activity that threatens our infrastructure or other customers. Upon termination, your data may be permanently deleted. You may cancel your service at any time from your client area.

7. Uptime & SLA

We target 99.9% network uptime measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where an eligible outage occurs, service credits may be available upon request, subject to verification.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PurchaseRDP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding one (1) month. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction].
