We want you to be satisfied with your remote desktop service. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
Refund window
If you experience a technical issue that we are unable to resolve, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. This applies to first-time orders of a plan.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds are not available where the service has been used in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy, where abuse or fraud is detected, for renewals of existing subscriptions, or after the refund window has passed.
How to request
To request a refund, contact our support team with your order details and a description of the issue. We may first attempt to resolve the problem before issuing a refund.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your provider, it may take several business days for the funds to appear.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Disputes filed without first contacting support may result in account suspension while the matter is reviewed.
