These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PurchaseRDP. By creating an account or using our services you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
The service
We provide Windows-based remote desktop (RDP) hosting with administrator access across multiple regions. Specifications, regions, and pricing are described on our website and may be updated over time.
Acceptable use
Your use of the service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activity may result in suspension or termination without refund.
Payment & billing
Services are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis depending on the plan you choose. All fees are stated in US dollars unless noted otherwise. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the plan you select and any applicable renewals.
Renewals & cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upgrades, or factors outside our control may occasionally affect access.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate service for violation of these terms, non-payment, or abusive or illegal activity. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PurchaseRDP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or revenue. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding month.
Changes
We may modify these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
